To ensure exceptional customer service for each referral, we have established a limit on the number of referrals you can add per day. This is in response to the substantial daily volume of referrals we receive.

No. You can only refer someone from within your network; you cannot be both the user and the referral.

A referral is an individual within your network who expresses interest in purchasing a product or service listed on our application and gives their consent to have their contact information shared on our platform.

A consenting referral is an individual within your network who has been briefed by you and has provided explicit consent to you to share their contact details on our application.

No. You can send us as many referrals as you want. However, you cannot send more than 2 referrals per day. The daily number of referrals you can send us is limited to ensure we provide a proper service to all the referrals we receive.

If you are unable to add a new referral, it could be attributed to one of two reasons:

• You may have reached the daily limit of 2 referrals. In this situation, you will be able to add more referrals starting the next day.
• Your account may have been restricted due to adding referrals without their consent. As safeguarding data privacy and protecting our users’ information is our priority, adding non-consenting referrals is strictly prohibited.

If you believe there has been a mistake or if you have any inquiries regarding our policies, please contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

Sometimes, our representative or the vendors’ representative may try to contact your referral, but unfortunately, they may not answer the calls.

If your referral is still interested in purchasing the product or service, we kindly request you send us your referral’s code to our email [support@sidekickrewards.app].

Our dedicated customer service team will take care of the rest and ensure that your referral is contacted within 48 hours.

This might have occurred due to one of the following situations:

• In certain cases, a referral may independently close a deal with a different vendor than Sidekick’s partner vendor. In this scenario, neither you nor we will receive any reward. For example, if you refer someone interested in purchasing property, and they choose to work with another developer or agent instead of Sidekick’s vendor, we will not get any commission, and accordingly, you will not receive any rewards.
• There are situations where your referral has made a purchase, but we are still awaiting our commission from the vendor, which affects the calculation of your reward. Once we receive our commission, your reward will be calculated and we’ll inform you that it is ready for collection.

Typically, it takes between 30-45 days to process and disburse rewards. However, there may be instances where certain rewards have longer or shorter processing times.
